Individual Therapy

Life has its seasons, some light, others heavy. If you’re carrying anxiety, grief, exhaustion, or self-doubt, these sessions are a place to set it down for a while. We’ll bring in tools like CBT and mindfulness, but more than that, we’ll make room for you to feel steady again.

Some of the concerns I frequently support in individual therapy include:

  • Depression, anxiety, and stress
  • Relationship and emotional wellbeing concerns
  • Self-esteem, confidence, and body image issues
  • Trauma, grief, and major life transitions
  • OCD, phobias, and panic-related difficulties
  • Anger regulation and behavioural patterns
  • ADHD and attention-related challenges
  • Eating-related concerns and coping patterns
  • Career dissatisfaction and identity concerns
  • Loneliness and emotional disconnection

Therapeutic Approach

I view therapy as a collaborative process: one that requires clarity, patience, and respect. My role is to listen with empathy, to ask the questions that matter, and to create a structured yet compassionate space where new possibilities for change can emerge. The work we do together is grounded in evidence-based methods, but held with the kind of warmth and steadiness that makes honest exploration feel possible. In-person or online, I show up with the same care, presence, and calm, so you feel supported wherever you are. Finding the right therapist is deeply personal. If I am not the right fit, I will guide you toward someone who may be — because what matters most is that you feel supported and understood.
