We all carry silent battles. Some are loud and visible, but most live quietly within us in our anxieties, our relationships, or in the quiet moments when we feel unlike ourselves. Therapy is where the unspoken can find expression, and I am here to help you pause, reflect, and move through these moments with clarity.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Family Therapy and have continued to deepen my clinical expertise through advanced training and certifications from esteemed institutions such as NIMHANS, the American Psychological Association (APA), and the University of Pennsylvania. My expertise spans a broad range of evidence-based and advanced psychotherapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed care. I also work extensively in relationship and pre-marital counselling, substance use concerns, abnormal psychology, and relational conflict.
I work with adolescents, adults, and senior adults, offering a warm, collaborative, and individualized therapeutic space that honours each person’s unique experiences and life stage. I am committed to ongoing learning and regularly engage with emerging research and clinical developments, thoughtfully integrating effective and refined practices into my work so that the support you receive remains both compassionate and clinically grounded.
My clinical experience includes work at Spandana Rehabilitation Centre, where I conducted psychological assessments and supported individuals and families navigating depression, substance dependence, trauma, and complex family dynamics. My approach is rooted in empathy, clarity, and respect, with the aim of fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
